On May 14th, at 1225 A.M. officers observed a vehicle traveling in the area of West North & Foxford at a high rate of speed. Officers radar indicated the gray Toyota was traveling 49MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Officers performed a traffic stop and spoke with Martinz, Johan 30 of Joliet Illinois. It was learned that Johan did not possess a valid drivers license at which time he was issued citations for no valid driver’s license and speed at which time Johan was released from the scene with a court date.
