On June 25th, officers stopped Jr. Vrabel, Daniel (44) of Joliet, Illinois in the area of Manhattan & Gougar for disobeying a stop sign and illegal tint. During the stop, it was learned that Vrabel had a valid warrant out of Will County Illinois for theft deception with intent. It was also learned that Vrabel had a suspended driver’s license Vrabel was arrested, issued citations for driving while license suspended, disobeying a stop sign, improper lighting and transported to Will County Adult Detention facility for the next bond hearing.
