On July 16th, officers were in the 500 block of West North when they observed a black Dodge Dakota with suspended registration. Officers spoke to Stapinski, Edward B (50) of Joliet Illinois and learned his driver’s license was revoked. Officers arrested Stapinski and issued citations for driving while license revoked & operating a vehicle when registration is suspended for non-insurance. Stapinski was assigned an initial court date of August 22, 2025, at Will County Courthouse.
