The Will County Planning and Zonning Commission unanimously approved a map amendment for a vacant property on South Kankakee Street in Manhattan Township. The request, brought by James and Julie Wandersee, rezones the parcel from E-1 (Estate) to E-2 (Estate). The item was on the consent agenda and passed without discussion or public objection, representing a routine change to align the property’s zoning with surrounding land use.
