Bishop also discusses some of the things that could come up with the start of the Illinois General Assembly’s fall veto session Tuesday, including the potential for ethics reforms with former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan reporting to prison. The legislature could also tackle energy policy and migrant sanctuary policies.
