Manhattan-Elwood Public Library District Board Meeting | October 2025

The Manhattan-Elwood Public Library District Board met on Tuesday, October 27, 2025, to conduct a Tax Levy Hearing and its regular monthly business. The evening was highlighted by the unanimous approval of the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, which outlines the district’s direction for the coming years.
