This role involves filing petitions for nominations of executive trustees and casting ballots for the election of executive trustees. The position was previously held by the former Village Administrator.

Both resolutions passed with a 6-0 vote.

Additionally, the board approved a change to the 2026 meeting calendar. The meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2026, has been rescheduled to Monday, March 16, 2026. The change was made because the original date falls on the General Primary Election.
