Multiple trustees and Mayor Mike Adrieansen praised village staff, the Manhattan Police Department, and the Emergency Management Agency (EMA) for successfully managing the 32nd Annual Irish Fest. While the weekend began with temperatures in the 60s, a severe cold front dropped temperatures into the 30s alongside heavy rain during the parade.
