Lincoln-Way East Pitching Shuts Down Lincoln-Way West in 4-0 Conference Victory

The Lincoln-Way East varsity baseball team leveraged a flawless defensive effort and a dominant pitching performance to blank visiting Lincoln-Way West 4-0 in a conference matchup on Thursday afternoon.

While individual statistics for Lincoln-Way East were not reported, the team’s collective output on the mound was nothing short of masterful. The home pitching staff tossed a three-hit shutout, overwhelming the Lincoln-Way West lineup by striking out eight batters without issuing a single walk.
